The TQLZ series high-efficiency vibrating cleaning screen has the characteristics of simple structure, small size, light weight, smooth operation, low noise, low energy consumption, good sealing, easy operation and maintenance, etc. It is an ideal cleaning and impurity removal equipment. If equipped with a circulating air separator, it can assist in removing light impurities, allowing the equipment to work under negative pressure without dust spillage.

TQLZ series high-efficiency vibrating cleaning screen mainly consists of frame, feed box, vibration motor, body, discharge box and other components.
The principle is to use screening method to separate materials according to their particle size. The material enters the feed hopper from the feed pipe, and the material flow is adjusted by the adjusting plate so that the material falls evenly on the drip plate, vibrates with the screen body, and flows along the drip plate to the upper screen. Large impurities flow into the large impurities outlet along the upper screen surface and are discharged out of the machine. The sieve debris passing through the upper screen holes falls on the lower screen. Small impurities fall through the holes of the lower screen onto the bottom plate of the fuselage and are discharged through the fine impurities outlet. In addition, the pure material flows directly into the clean material outlet along the lower screen surface.
